These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the RecoverLine missed-call text-back service ("Service"), operated for local service businesses ("Business Customers") and used by their callers ("Customers").
RecoverLine automatically sends a text message to a Customer when their call to a Business Customer's published phone number is not answered. The Service uses an AI assistant to respond to the Customer's questions using information the Business Customer has provided (services, pricing ranges, hours, service area), and may offer to schedule an appointment or connect the Customer with a member of the Business Customer's team.
By calling a Business Customer's phone number, a Customer may receive one or more automated text messages if that call goes unanswered. Message frequency depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message at any time to stop receiving further messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information provided by the AI assistant (such as pricing ranges or availability) is based on information supplied by the Business Customer and is intended as a general guide; the Business Customer will confirm exact pricing, availability, and scope of work directly with the Customer.
The Service is provided for legitimate business communication with Customers who have contacted a Business Customer. It may not be used to send unsolicited marketing messages to individuals who have not first contacted the Business Customer.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the business you contacted, or to RecoverLine at the contact information provided by that business.
